AI Jewelry Model helps users create AI jewelry model photography and virtual try-on images for rings, necklaces, earrings, and bracelets. This Privacy Policy explains what information we handle when you use the website, upload jewelry or model images, choose preset models, run image jobs, purchase credits or subscriptions, view My Results, or contact support.

This policy is written for our current English-only service. If we introduce additional localized versions later, the English version remains the controlling version unless a localized page states otherwise.

Information We Handle

The service touches several kinds of information:

• Account information: Email address, display name, avatar, login identifiers, authentication status, and account security events.
• Billing information: Checkout status, invoice references, subscription status, credit balance events, tax or fraud signals, and payment metadata provided by payment processors.
• Jewelry job inputs: Product images, optional custom model images, selected preset model, jewelry type, aspect ratio, resolution, placement settings, finger, wrist, or ear choices, and other generation settings.
• Generated assets: Draft previews, final try-on outputs, result URLs, task records, and temporary processing assets such as cutouts, masks, overlays, or diagnostic metadata.
• Technical information: IP address, browser and device details, request identifiers, cookies, local storage values, logs, performance events, and abuse-prevention signals.
• Support information: Messages, screenshots, attachments, timestamps, and details you send when asking for help.

We do not store complete payment card numbers on our own systems. Payment details are handled by third-party payment processors.

How We Use Information

We rely on that information for practical product operations:

• Create and secure user accounts.
• Process uploaded jewelry and model images for cutout, geometry detection, placement, AI generation, and output delivery.
• Save task history and generated outputs so users can review, download, or delete result records where available.
• Manage credits, subscriptions, invoices, cancellations, refunds, and payment disputes.
• Detect spam, fraud, unauthorized access, excessive automation, or misuse of the service.
• Diagnose failed jobs, improve reliability, tune product quality, and maintain operational records.

User Content and Rights

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to upload jewelry photos, product imagery, model photos, likenesses, brand marks, and other materials. We process those materials only to provide, secure, support, and improve the service, subject to this policy and our Terms of Service.

Generated images may be stored with your task history unless you delete them through available product controls or we remove them according to our internal retention practices.

Service Providers

We work with outside vendors where a specialized system is required to run AI Jewelry Model. Those vendors fall into categories such as:

• Authentication and account infrastructure.
• Payment processors and billing systems.
• AI model, background-removal, image-processing, and media-processing providers.
• Cloud hosting, object storage, CDN, database, logging, and security infrastructure.
• Analytics and product performance tools.
• Customer support and communication tools.

We do not sell personal information. We also do not allow service providers to use your information for their own unrelated advertising purposes.

Retention

Retention depends on the type of information and why it is needed:

• Account and billing records may be kept while your account is active and for a period afterward for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, legal, and dispute-resolution purposes.
• Uploaded images, generated try-on outputs, and task records may be kept for My Results, redownload, support, moderation, abuse review, and operational recovery.
• Temporary processing files such as cutouts, masks, overlays, drafts, logs, and diagnostics may be deleted on shorter schedules.
• We may retain limited records after deletion requests when necessary to meet legal duties, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, or protect the service.

Choices and Requests

Depending on your location, privacy laws may let you ask to access, correct, delete, export, object to, or limit our handling of certain personal information. Send requests to the contact address below. We may ask for information that reasonably confirms the request is coming from the account owner.

Some service records cannot be removed immediately if they are needed for billing, security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
