Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to AI Jewelry Model, a web-based service for creating AI jewelry model photography and virtual try-on images. By using the website, uploading content, purchasing credits, starting a generation job, or downloading an output, you agree to these Terms.

If you use the service for a company, brand, client, agency, or store, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on that entity's behalf.

What the Service Does

AI Jewelry Model supports image workflows for rings, necklaces, earrings, and bracelets. Users may upload a jewelry product image, choose or upload a model image, select placement options, and generate try-on style images for ecommerce, catalog, advertising, social media, and product presentation use.

The service may include image cutout, geometry detection, draft placement, AI refinement, task history, downloads, credits, subscriptions, and related tools. Features may change as we improve the product.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including tasks started by anyone using your credentials. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Your Inputs

You retain ownership of jewelry images, model photos, prompts, settings, and other materials you upload or provide. You grant AI Jewelry Model a limited license to host, store, transmit, display, analyze, transform, and process those materials as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

You are responsible for making sure you have all rights, releases, and permissions needed for your inputs, including rights related to product photos, jewelry designs, gemstones, brand marks, model likenesses, client assets, and third-party intellectual property.

Generated Outputs and Commercial Use

Paid subscriptions and paid credit packages include a commercial-use license for outputs generated through your account, subject to these Terms, applicable law, and any limits imposed by third-party model or processing providers.

You may use eligible outputs in ordinary commercial contexts such as ecommerce listings, brand websites, social media, marketing campaigns, ads, catalogs, client previews, and product merchandising.

You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute outputs as a standalone stock image library, reusable asset pack, dataset, or white-label generation service without our written permission.

AI Output Limits

AI-generated jewelry imagery can be useful for presentation, but it is not a jewelry appraisal, product certification, manufacturing proof, gemstone grading report, size guarantee, legal advertising review, or professional compliance opinion. You are responsible for reviewing every output before publishing it and for ensuring that product claims, materials, dimensions, prices, and advertising statements are accurate.

The service may alter lighting, reflections, shadows, hand pose, jewelry placement, model appearance, texture, scale, or product details. We do not guarantee exact reproduction of gemstones, metal finishes, engravings, hallmarks, carat weight, ring size, chain length, clasp design, or other product attributes.

Credits and Billing

Jewelry image jobs currently consume credits based on selected resolution:

• 2K jobs: 10 credits per completed generation.
• 4K jobs: 15 credits per completed generation.

If a job fails before completion, user credits should not be consumed or should be restored according to our task system. Prices, credit amounts, package names, subscription tiers, and usage rules may change for future purchases. The checkout page or pricing page controls the offer presented at the time of purchase.

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. You agree to pay all charges shown at checkout. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use AI Jewelry Model to:

• Upload or generate content that violates law or third-party rights.
• Use model photos, customer photos, celebrity images, or other likenesses without the required consent.
• Misrepresent counterfeit goods, unauthorized replicas, or infringing branded products as genuine.
• Create deceptive advertising, fake endorsements, fraudulent listings, or misleading product claims.
• Upload sexually explicit, exploitative, hateful, violent, abusive, or non-consensual person imagery.
• Attack, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, bypass, or interfere with the service or its security controls.
• Use the service in a way that creates legal, operational, safety, or reputational risk for us, our providers, or other users.

We may review, restrict, suspend, or terminate access when we believe these rules have been violated.

Platform Ownership

AI Jewelry Model and its licensors own the website, software, workflows, user interface, brand assets, documentation, reusable page patterns, systems, and related technology. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our platform or intellectual property to you.

Third-Party Services

The service depends on third-party infrastructure and providers for payment, authentication, storage, security, analytics, support, AI generation, image processing, and related operations. Their availability, restrictions, and policies may affect specific features or outputs.

Availability and Changes

We may add, modify, pause, or remove features. We may also limit access to protect security, prevent abuse, comply with law, maintain reliability, or address provider restrictions. We do not guarantee that task history, outputs, or temporary files will remain available indefinitely.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Jewelry Model and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, reputational harm, or lost opportunities arising from or related to the service.

Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version becomes effective when posted unless a different effective date is stated.
