Refund rules for AI Jewelry Model subscriptions and credit packages

Overview
AI Jewelry Model sells digital access to jewelry image generation through monthly subscriptions and one-time credit packages. This page explains when a charge is normally final and when support may review an account for a refund, restored access, or replacement credits.
Digital Service Purchases
Credits, subscriptions, and AI generation capacity are digital products. Once the purchased access has been added to an account, the purchase is normally final.
The rule keeps pricing predictable while still leaving room to correct clear billing or delivery failures.
Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions renew until canceled. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals, but it does not automatically refund the current billing period. Unless the checkout page or applicable law states otherwise, subscription access and any included credits remain governed by the plan rules for the already-paid period.
Unused subscription credits, expired subscription credits, or a decision to stop using the service are not by themselves grounds for a refund.
Credit Packages
One-time credit packages are generally final after the purchased credits are delivered. Not using all purchased credits, changing your mind, or choosing a different package later does not create a refund right.
If a package is successfully charged but the credits are not delivered, contact us so we can review and correct the issue.
Generation Results
AI image generation is variable. Refunds are not available solely because you dislike a generated style, prefer a different pose, expected a different creative interpretation, or decide an output is not suitable for a specific campaign.
If a generation job fails before completion, user credits should not be consumed or should be restored by the task system. If you believe credits were consumed for a failed task, contact support with the task details.
Cases We May Review
We may review a refund, service restoration, or replacement-credit request when there is a verified issue such as:
- Duplicate billing for the same order.
- A successful charge without the purchased subscription, credit package, or account entitlement being delivered.
- A platform-side outage that materially prevents use of a paid feature for a meaningful period.
- A payment or account error that we can verify from our records.
Support review does not guarantee approval. We look at account history, payment records, technical logs, and applicable law before choosing a remedy.
How to Request Review
Email support@jewelrymodelai.com and include:
- The email address on your account.
- The order number, invoice, receipt, or transaction ID.
- The task ID if the issue relates to a generation job.
- A short explanation of what happened.
- Screenshots or timestamps that help us verify the issue.
We aim to review requests within 3 business days. More complex payment, provider, or technical investigations may take longer.
Possible Resolutions
When a request is approved, we may provide one or more of the following remedies:
- Restored credits.
- Replacement credits.
- Service access correction.
- Partial refund.
- Full refund.
- Another reasonable corrective action.
The available remedy depends on the issue, payment status, account state, and applicable rules of the payment processor.
Chargebacks
If you open a chargeback before contacting us about a resolvable issue, we may suspend related credits, subscriptions, downloads, or account access while the dispute is reviewed.
Changes
We may revise this Refund Policy as pricing, product packaging, or legal requirements change. The date above shows the latest revision.
